How subscriptions work

The 3-month trial starts when the account is created, not when the first enquiry or listing is made. No payment is required during the trial. After expiry, enquiries or public owner listings require an active paid plan. Payments are submitted as transaction references and activated only after manual admin verification; no automatic debit or payment gateway is installed.

Monthly rent and refundable security deposits are negotiated directly between tenants and owners and are not collected by this platform. Subscription fees are separate.
