Terms and rental safety

Listings are submitted by individual property owners and reviewed for basic content by website administrators. Approval does not certify ownership, legality, safety, licence, availability or pricing.

Tenants and owners are responsible for verifying identities, inspecting properties, agreeing to rental contracts, following applicable housing/PG rules, and handling monthly rent/deposits independently. This site does not collect rent or hold security deposits.

The 3-month free membership begins on account registration. After the free period, owner listing visibility and tenant enquiries require a verified paid subscription. Paid subscription transactions require manual administrator confirmation; no automatic refund or bank withdrawal workflow is implemented. Contact support about disputes before paying. Partner wallets are accounting records and do not constitute a guaranteed cash payout.

We may reject listings that are misleading, unlawful or abusive and block accounts involved in scams or misuse.
